Refund Policy​

REFUND POLICY

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All programs, courses, trainings, consultations, workshops, digital products, and services offered by the Company are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital educational content, proprietary systems, intellectual property-based materials, limited batch-based program structures, and the grant of immediate access to resources upon enrollment, all sales are final. Once payment has been made, no refund shall be issued except as expressly provided under this Policy at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. Pre-Enrollment Clarification and Informed Decision

Prior to enrollment, Participants may be offered an opportunity to attend a consultation call, strategy session, or informational discussion conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar communication tools.

During such interaction, Participants are provided an opportunity to ask relevant questions, understand the structure of the program, clarify expectations, and assess suitability.

Any payment made after attending such consultation or after reviewing the program details published on the Website shall be deemed an informed, voluntary, and conscious decision made by the Participant. Accordingly, refund requests based on misunderstanding, dissatisfaction, or change of expectations shall not be entertained.

3. No Refund After Grant of Access

Upon enrollment, Participants may be granted access to one or more of the following:

  • Live classes or sessions
  • Recorded lectures
  • Course materials or proprietary frameworks
  • Community groups (online or offline)
  • Downloadable resources
  • Bonus modules or supplementary content

Once access to any part of the program or its materials has been granted, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal reasons
  • Financial constraints
  • Medical reasons
  • Lack of time or scheduling conflicts
  • Non-attendance
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to achieve expected or desired results

Access to proprietary knowledge and materials constitutes substantial performance by the Company, and therefore payments made shall be non-recoverable.

4. Code of Conduct and Termination

Participants are required to maintain respectful, professional, and lawful conduct in all interactions, including but not limited to live sessions, community platforms, communication channels, and correspondence with the Company or its representatives.

In the event a Participant engages in disruptive, abusive, defamatory, inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful behavior, the Company reserves the absolute right to issue warnings, suspend access, or permanently terminate participation without prior notice.

In all such cases of suspension or termination due to misconduct, no refund shall be granted, irrespective of the remaining duration of the program.

5. Batch Transfer Policy

If a Participant is unable to attend the enrolled batch due to genuine personal, medical, professional, or urgent circumstances, the Participant may submit a written request to be shifted to a future batch of the same program.

Any batch transfer shall be:

  • Subject to seat availability
  • Permitted only for the same program
  • Granted solely at the discretion of the Company

The Company reserves the right to limit batch transfers to one instance per enrollment.

Batch transfer shall not be treated as cancellation, and no refund shall be issued in such cases.

6A. Class Suspension Policy

If a Participant is temporarily unable to attend classes, a written suspension request must be sent to the official email address:

Such request must be submitted before or during the active batch period.

Upon approval at the sole discretion of the Company, the Participant may be permitted to resume the program in a future batch, subject to availability.

In case of approved suspension:

  • No refund shall be provided.
  • No monetary claim shall arise.
  • Suspension may be limited to one time per enrollment.

If a Participant fails to attend classes without formally submitting a suspension request to the official email address, such absence shall be deemed voluntary non-attendance.

In such circumstances:

  • The right to request suspension shall automatically lapse.
  • No refund, compensation, or adjustment shall be granted.

A suspension shall be considered valid only upon written confirmation from the Company sent from the official email address. Absence of such written confirmation shall render the suspension request invalid.

6B. Non-Transferability and Non-Cancellation

Enrollment in any program is personal to the registered Participant.

Fees paid:

  • Cannot be transferred to any other individual.
  • Cannot be adjusted against any other program.
  • Cannot be shifted to a different course.

Once registration is completed and payment is successfully processed, enrollment cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

An approved batch transfer (if granted) shall apply strictly to the same program and shall not be construed as cancellation or refund eligibility.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, may be granted solely at the absolute and unilateral discretion of the Company under highly exceptional, extraordinary, and verifiable circumstances.

In the rare event that a refund is approved:

  • It shall be processed strictly on a pro-rata basis considering the portion of the program already delivered or accessed.
  • Administrative charges, processing fees, payment gateway charges, applicable taxes, and other deductions shall apply.
  • The Company shall determine the final refundable amount.

Approval of a refund in any individual case shall not constitute a precedent, obligation, or continuing practice for future cases.

The decision of the Company shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By enrolling in any program, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal claims with banks, credit card providers, or payment gateways without first contacting the Company at:

Any fraudulent, unjustified, or malicious chargeback attempt may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent restriction from future programs
  • Initiation of legal proceedings for recovery of dues, damages, and associated costs

9. Acceptance of Policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
  • You voluntarily accept the strict no-refund condition.
  • You understand that enrollment is non-transferable and non-cancellable.
  • You waive any claim inconsistent with the terms stated herein.
